Who Can Drive on Pro Hauls
Carriers must meet these minimums before taking jobs:
- Valid CDL
- $1M+ commercial auto insurance
- $1M+ general liability
- Tri-axle dump truck ready for dirt-moving work
If you don’t meet the gate, you don’t go live. Contractors see that standard. You compete on reliability, not on who answers the phone first.
Required Documents
Before you can take jobs or get paid, upload these in the Pro Hauls app:
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Pro Hauls LLC, 302 Orlando Ave, Nashville, TN 37209, 877-477-6428 as an additional insured
- A completed IRS Form W-9, so we can pay you and issue your tax forms
- A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

How Payout Works
- Complete the haul.
- Get paid through Stripe every Friday for the prior week’s (Sunday–Saturday) approved work.
- Need cash sooner? Use optional Instant Pay (4.5% fee) to get paid before Friday once the contractor’s payment is collected.
No Net-30 float. Pro Hauls, your broker, pays you through Stripe every Friday. The fee is visible: 6%.

How much do drivers keep on Pro Hauls?
Drivers keep 94%. Pro Hauls charges a flat 6% platform fee. On a $2,000 haul that’s $1,880 to the driver.
How fast do I get paid?
Every Friday, for work approved the prior week (Sunday–Saturday). Optional Instant Pay (4.5% fee) lets you get paid before Friday once the contractor’s payment is collected.
Do I need a CDL and insurance?
Yes. Valid CDL plus $1M+ commercial auto and $1M+ general liability are required before you can take jobs.
