Besides the flat 6% fee, these charges come from our Terms of Service:
- Customer processing fee: 3.1% for card payments, 1% for ACH bank transfer, added to the amount being paid.
- 4-hour minimum per truck per shift on hourly jobs.
- Late-cancellation fee: cancelling an accepted job within 2 hours of the scheduled start costs 4× the hourly rate for that truck class.
- Late interest: 18% per year (or the legal maximum, if lower) on undisputed amounts not paid when due.

How do dump truck broker fees compare?
Many brokers take a 10–20% spread and may pay on Net-30. On a $2,000 haul, 6% is a $120 fee ($1,880 kept) versus $300 at 15% ($1,700 kept).
When do drivers get paid?
Every Friday, for work approved the prior week (Sunday–Saturday). Optional Instant Pay (4.5% fee) pays out before Friday once the contractor’s payment is collected.
Does the 6% change for bigger jobs?
No. The platform fee is flat 6% of the transaction — same structure on a single load or a multi-load day.
